  • BoxNow locker pickup: €3.00, free on orders over €30. Collect from any BoxNow locker, 24/7.
  • Cyprus Post home delivery: from €6.00, calculated by weight at checkout.

🇪🇺 European Union

  • Cyprus Post (1st Priority): from €30.00, calculated by weight at checkout.

🌍 Rest of the World

(UK, USA, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, Asia, non-EU European countries, and beyond)

  • Cyprus Post (1st Priority): from €40.00, calculated by weight at checkout.

Because shipping is weight-based, the exact cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. Combining several items into a single order is almost always cheaper than placing separate small orders.

📦 How we ship

  • Within Cyprus: BoxNow lockers (fast, 24/7 self-service pickup) or Cyprus Post home delivery.
  • Internationally: Cyprus Post – Overseas Parcel Service (1st Priority).

Our international service offers reliable delivery, tracking where available, and priority handling compared to standard post. We ship 1st Priority abroad to give your order the best possible transit time and handling, which matters for food.

Estimated times after dispatch:

  • Cyprus – BoxNow: 1–2 working days
  • Cyprus – Cyprus Post: 3–5 working days
  • European Union: 5–10 working days
  • Rest of the World: 7–21 working days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or local postal services in the destination country.

🧾 Customs, taxes & import duties

  • European Union orders: your order ships within the EU, so no customs duties or import charges apply.
  • Rest of the World orders: your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs rules vary widely, so if you are unsure, please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

  • Everything is professionally packaged.
  • We ship shelf-stable Cyprus delight, with no refrigeration required.
  • We cannot control temperatures in transit, so slight texture changes may occur in very hot climates.

❗ Returns & failed deliveries

Because we ship food products:

  • We cannot accept returns.
  • If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unpaid customs charges, or refusal by the recipient, the original shipping cost cannot be refunded.
