Do you have a physical store as well as an online shop?
Yes. Customers can visit our physical store to purchase products in person, and we also offer an online store for customers who prefer to place orders remotely. Both channels offer the same focus on quality and customer service.
Our physical store is located at Ledra Crossing Point in Nicosia. The first store when you cross from the South.
Where are your products made?

Where do you deliver online orders?
Online orders are delivered to selected regions depending on shipping availability and destination requirements. Delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
Are your products suitable for special diets or allergies?

What is your returns and refunds policy?
Due to the nature of food and confectionery products, we are generally unable to accept returns once products have been sold or delivered, unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where relevant, photos of the issue. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with applicable consumer protection rules. Where applicable, refunds are processed to the original payment method used.
How should your products be stored?
Our products should be stored according to the instructions provided on the packaging. In general, confectionery products should be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their quality and freshness.

Every Azizem order is prepared with care from start to finish. Your sweets are handpicked to ensure quality, then vacuum sealed to reduce air exposure and help preserve their flavour, aroma, and texture.
