Delivery in Cyprus
Cyprus: BoxNow €3, free from €30. Cyprus Post home delivery from €6.
Choose your BoxNow locker in the basket. Estimated delivery is 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. Preparation time is additional. Final options and charges appear at checkout.
Delivery abroad
Cyprus Post delivery to the EU and UK starts at €20.50 for parcels up to 1 kg. Other international destinations start at €40. BoxNow delivery to Greece is €10 for parcels up to 7 kg; choose your locker in the cart first. Prices depend on parcel weight. International postal rates include €3 for packing. UK prices are shown in GBP. The final cost is shown at checkout.
For destinations outside the EU, additional customs charges or import taxes may apply. These are not included in the shipping price.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery estimates start after dispatch. Allow additional time for preparation. BoxNow in Cyprus: 1 to 2 working days. BoxNow in Greece: 3 to 5 working days. Cyprus Post in Cyprus: 3 to 5 working days. Cyprus Post to the EU: 5 to 10 working days. UK and other international destinations: 7 to 21 working days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Our shop is at the Ledra Street crossing in Nicosia, the first shop as you enter from the south side. See our location page before visiting.
Visit usAre the products vegan or made with gelatine?
The Classics Collection is made with vegan ingredients. We do not use gelatine in our lokum. Other collections may contain milk and nuts. Check the individual product page for ingredients and allergens, including possible traces from shared equipment.
How is my order packed?
Classics come in a 250 g tube with a vacuum sealed inner pouch. Royal and Gourmet lokum is sliced to order in 500 g portions. See each product page for its pack details.
Can I order gifts or larger quantities?
Yes. Tell us the quantity, date and destination using our enquiry form. We will confirm suitable products, packaging, availability and pricing.
Gifts & business ordersStorage & freshness
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Follow the storage instructions and best before date on the packaging. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific shelf life for a gift or event.
