Collection: The Gourmet Medley

The Gourmet Medley is the slim, hand-rolled lokum known in Cyprus as fitil: a soft centre rolled with fruit and whole or sliced nuts, then cut into slices. Five varieties: pomegranate with hazelnut, apple with hazelnut, barberry with pomegranate and pistachio, rose petal with pomegranate and pistachio, and sliced pistachio with pomegranate. Every variety contains nuts.
