Return and Refund Policy

At Azizem Limited, all of our products are artisanal food items that are either perishable in nature or prepared to order specifically for each customer.

In accordance with Article 16(c) and 16(d) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders once they have been confirmed and prepared.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
